To further enhance the international influence of the journal, promote academic exchange among young scholars, and enrich the editorial board, JDIEG is now inviting qualified and interested young scholars to join the Early Career Editorial Board (ECEB). The term for youth editors is three years. Upon successful evaluation at the end of the term, outstanding members may be reappointed or recommended for promotion to the main editorial board.

About the Journal
The Journal of Digital Intelligence and Economic Growth (JDIEG) is an international peer-reviewed open-access journal founded in 2024. It is sponsored by the Asia-Pacific Association of Economics and Management (South Korea) and managed by the Korea-China Institute of Economic Development (KCIED). The journal is a quarterly publication with ISSN 3058-3535 and E-ISSN 3058-6518.
JDIEG is committed to internationalization, integration, and quality, focusing on economic development in the Asia-Pacific region. It integrates information science and sustainability, publishing high-quality academic papers, including theoretical studies, empirical research, literature reviews, and research communications by established scholars and graduate students.

Journal Development Goals
In line with our commitment to internationalization and academic excellence, JDIEG has established a clear roadmap and milestones:
•    By September 2025: Apply for inclusion in Scopus (after the publication of Issue 7)
•    By December 2025: Apply for ESCI (Web of Science) and EI Compendex (Elsevier) indexing (after Issue 8)
•    By June 2026: Seek inclusion in SCIE and SSCI indexing (after Issue 10)

Recruitment Details
1. Eligibility Criteria
•    Under the age of 45, with enthusiasm and availability to contribute to the journal’s development
•    Must meet at least one of the following:
       ✦    Ph.D. degree in a related field
       ✦    Associate professor or associate researcher (or higher)
•    At least three representative publications in influential journals in relevant fields (one academic monograph can count as one publication); experience leading research projects is preferred
•    Active in academic communities, with experience presenting at conferences or participating in professional organizations

2. Benefits for Youth Editorial Board Members
•    Official appointment certificate as a youth editorial board member
•    Public promotion on social media, journal website, and other platforms to raise academic visibility
•    Recognition as Outstanding Youth Editor based on contribution, with priority consideration for promotion to full editorial board
•    Papers written or recommended by youth editors will be given priority consideration (after peer review)
•    Opportunities for academic exchange with internationally renowned scholars, and participation in annual meetings and online seminars organized by the editorial team
•    Discounted registration fees for academic conferences hosted by JDIEG and the Asia-Pacific Association of Economics and Management

3. Responsibilities of Youth Editorial Board Members
•    Promote the journal at academic conferences and among peers
•    Select and promote high-quality papers on public platforms (WeChat, international media, etc.)
•    Assist in organizing academic conferences, forums, training, and special issues
•    Peer review at least 4 manuscripts per year, providing professional and timely feedback
•    Provide suggestions and feedback for new initiatives by the journal
•    Recommend at least two submissions over the 3-year term from domestic or international scholars in relevant fields
